ImmunoIVD AB is a Stockholm-based and internationally operating company focusing on the development, clinical evaluation and dissemination of in vitro diagnostic kits for evaluation of the immune system. A particular focus of the company is the manufacture of high quality products for neonatal screening of severe inborn immune errors, including severe combined immunodeficiency (SCID) and Morbus Bruton (XLA). In this area, the company has extensive scientific and clinical expertise and has participated in a number of international pilot projects.
Various European as well as non-European countries are in the process of implementing SCID screening on a national level. ImmunoIVD´s CE-IVD kits SPOT-it™ T and SPOT-it™ TK are currently either evaluated or already chosen as screening kits in these countries.

SPOT-it™ T for TREC analysis and SPOT-it™ TK for TREC and KREC analysis
Our test systems enable the user to perform screening for immunodeficiencies, including SCID and XLA, on a nationwide level in a time and cost effective way. The quick DNA elution step, combined with a robust and stable qPCR reaction, allows neonatal screening labs to perform a sensitive and quantitative screening test straight in a high throughput setting. The assays are based on 3 major steps; punching and washing of dry blood spots, DNA elution and qPCR reaction. Prefilled plates in combination with only 2 pipetting steps reduces the risk of errors during the assay procedure.

Training courses
We offer free-of-charge training courses either at the customer laboratory or in our own facilities in Stockholm, Sweden. The course is performed by qualified personnel who will guide you through the assay procedures as well as on how to set up the laboratory space and equipment for an efficient implementation of SCID and XLA screening.
Customer support
At ImmunoIVD, we provide close personal contact and put particular focus on a strong relationship between the technical support team and the customer. Based on customer feedback, we are constantly working on improving our assay and everything around it. Highly qualified personnel provides guidance and supports by troubleshooting.
